Focus Groups

About Focus Groups.

South Essex Homes runs various Focus Groups that can contain various contractors, residents, leaseholders. managers and other staff from both South Essex Homes and Southend on Sea Borough Council. These groups ensure that residents are involved in the work that is carried out throughout the borough.

The Focus Group meetings, which are held in different frequencies according to the need, give tenants the opportunity to have a say in service delivery and voice their opinion in an environment which ensures that the right people receive feedback from tenants and can adjust plans accordingly.

As well as the Focus Groups dealing with Repairs, Maintenance, Income, Leaseholder matters and Anti-Social Behaviour there are also groups dealing with Disability and Sheltered Housing.
