As either a South Essex Homes or Leaseholders tenant you automatically become a member of STRF who can be invaluable in resolving any issues you have with either your tenancy or property.

STRF hold monthly meetings in the Jubilee Room on the Ground Floor of the Civic Centre on the last Tuesday of every month between 10.00am and noon. As a member of STRF you are welcome to attend and we encourage you to do so.
