This group works with the Responsive Repairs, Voids & Gas contractors alongside South Essex Homes managers.

The group meets to help South Essex Homes and their contractors work better with residents on the day-to-day repairs. Residents monitor the KPI’s, (Key Performance Indicators), that are set for each of the contractors.

To join this group, you would need a keen interest in building and home repairs within social housing. The current members appoint new members to this focus group. Contact Sue Richard on 01702 212650 if you wish to come along to one of these meetings.

This group meets on the 3rd Tuesday of every month at 10am to 11am using Microsoft Teams.
