Resident & Staff Involvement Focus Group.

This group, with the help of the officers, looks at the following areas within South Essex Homes: Anti-Social Behaviour, Caretaking, Communications, Community Development, Customer Care, Estate Services, Resident Involvement, Tenancy Services.

This group meets on the 3rd Wednesday of every other  month (Feb, Apr, June, Aug, Oct, Dec) and is open to all residents and Leaseholders who wish to attend and give their opinions on any aspects of South Essex Homes.
